Hi, I bought a house with the maintenance fee and sinking fund was stated in the S&P. However, I have received request to take over the house possession and to pay the maintenance fee and sinking fund in advance. But, the amount is much higher than what stated in the S&P. Would you be able to advise wither is this possible and what is the reason behind higher maintenance fee n sinking fund to pay? Is there related to any price valuations upon completion or other reasons?
