Hi, I bought a landed property on a subsale basis directly from a developer. The developer gave in writting that it will do a 1 time repair for any defects. However, after submitting my defects report to the developer, they decided to only do partial repairs and not all defects that I had submitted. Please advise what can i do to get the developer to get all the defects repaired?
