Hi. I come across landed property land area is 3500sf and built up area is 2500sf. Developer representative told me the land price is RM230 psf and the unit cost 900K. After calculating the figure it doesn't make sense. Thus seek guru advise how much should be the reasonable asking price of the subject property? Early reply much appreciated.
