Hi. I found a place in Shah Alam called The Greens. And I have few concerns as follow:
1. The batu tiga area is commonly know for flash flood and since the condo is situated near the river, i am worried bout erosion (like highland towers).
2. Across the condo is the carlsberg factory and nirvana memorial. Do i need to worry on this?
3. Previously the developer of the alam prima condo (next to the green), the land is filled of about 10ft. Are there concerns on this?
In and out is one road but i presumed that it will not be as packed as Old Klang Road. I do love the place but i have my concern and I hope AskGuru and help ne on this. Thank you so much!
