Hi, i gave a joint property with my name & my husband.He passed away 5 years ago and i have obtained a LA.I am still servicing my housing loan.Now i want to sell the property.What shall i do.Can i sell the property with the LA or do i need need to transfer the title to my name first.I need to do a fast sale due to financial constrain. Please advise.Thanks

Hi. You can sell the property with LA. It's just that court order for sale is needed to proceed after SPA signing, which you may need lawyer's help. Hope this helps.
