Hi, I have 3 plots of palm oil land in Senggarang, Batu Pahat for sale. Total 9 acres, est. RM3.5psf or total 1.3mil.
May I know what are the costs of selling, e.g. stamp duties, GST, LHDN tax, lawyer fees, agent fees, etc.?
What are the market fixed fees for agent fees if there's already a ready buyer and just need a professional agent to represent for proper paperwork?
