Hi, I have a buyer who wants to buy my property. He had paid me 2% deposits and that was 2.5 months ago. Till date, he mentioned that he is still waiting for the LO from the bank. According to him, the loan had been approved. I have other buyer as well who want to buy my house. What can I do?
