Hi, I have a condo and earlier the aircond contractor had fixed the drain pipe at the external of the aircond ledge instead of going into the unit. It was ok for 6-7 years until recently, i think due to wear and tear, mgt noticed that the pipe became loose and it was hanging down at the exterior walls (facing swimming pool side) and had caused some unsightly stain on the exterior walls. Since, i have rectified the pipe back into the unit. However, I am not able to remove/rectify the stain as it is difficult to access to it without a gondola as I am at the top floors. The cost of hiring a gondola with workers just to clean a 1 mtr stain is too exorbitant. Do i have a case to argue that mgt to rectify it during the next repainting of the condo exterior? Or they can compel me to repaint it/sue me if I don’t do so?
