hi, i have a hotel project that will be build based on buyer's budget. already bought the land for the project. and we will bring the 5 stars hotel brand also to manage. it's like buyer owned everything but the management is by Sheraton, for an example. they will manage for how many years stated in the contract. and fyi, i already built like this one before and manage to bring IBIS Styles for the management. so i would like to know that is there anyone here can help me to find a buyer/investor? the budget requested is around rm 40m - 50m.
