Hi i have a house in Bandar Sunway that is currently under mortgage with the bank. I would like to sell it to the bank itself and cover my mortgage with the sale. I want to know what is the process or is this possible.

Generally banks do not buy properties (not even in auctions as they are regulated by BNM. You will need to sell off the property in the open market and use the buyer's payment and loan to pay off your mortgage (otherwiase known as redemption sum).
