Hi! I have a land including 3 door of terrace houses that i rent out in Chemor, Perak previously the agreement between my late father and the current tenant was to used the land for nursery only , but now it looks like the business has grown beside nursery he has a carpentar workshop (where he built gazebos, furniture etc etc) and it seems recently i heard that he is renting out one of the houses as a homestay . and for your information there is no new agreement on all the new add ons .. My question is how do i determine the rental that he has to pay me? do i need to look at what kind of business he is doing and also the usage of the land and the house.. is there any kind of rate/percentage or what ever that i need to know before deciding on the new rental .
