I have a question about lease option. Does anyone know about the option? A lease option is a type of contract. In a lease-option, a property owner and tenant agree that, at the end of a specified rental period for a given property, the renter has the option of purchasing the property. But I don't know if it is work in Malaysia. Does anyone have this kind of experience?

Lease option is available in Malaysia. By Maybank. It is called Houzkey. You can try to search in Maybank's website. But it is available only for certain property Read More
