I have a question about lease option. Does anyone know about the option? A lease option is a type of contract. In a lease-option, a property owner and tenant agree that, at the end of a specified rental period for a given property, the renter has the option of purchasing the property. But I don't know if it is work in Malaysia. Does anyone have this kind of experience?
