Hi !
I have a question regarding an house auction case (lelong) : I'm not familiar with the process and paperwork but I'm interested in buying one apartment but was informed that the owner passed away. The family/remaining spouse didn't pay the mortage which lead to the auction. I was wondering if the fact that the owner is deceased was an issue in case of auction ? Does it have any influence on the paperwork that needs to be done after winning the auction ?
Thank you very much for you assistance !
