Hi, I have a rooftop condo with leakage problem. It's already past the defect warranty period. Management did some water proofing work but its not 100% effective as they work around the water tank which is directly above my unit, so when it's heavy rain or when there's pipe running on rooftop water leakage still happens. Can I request management to remove the water tank and do proper water proofing? Is there any legal means to protect my property as the leakage has caused damage to furniture etc and make it not a suitable living environment
