Hi. I have a tenant who has been renting a double storey house since 15 years ago or more. No agreement, no deposit or whatsoever. She shifted out when I sold the house and she did not pay the final month rental. She now argues she paid deposit 2.5 months and demand I pay in full. (House was rented at rm600 throughout with no increment over the years). I've decided to pay her rm200 out of goodwill but she demanded more and scolded like there's no tomorrow. Can I just block here and move on without paying?
