Hi, I have a unit at a condominium and the developer is delaying getting the strata title. The JMB is proposing for each owner to pay RM6K legal fee and require minimum 100 owners to pursue with legal action with the developer. That means RM600K of legal fee. Is this normal? Any other solution?
