Hi, I have an abandoned house I'm interested in.
Recently I managed to track down the record by searching on the Cukai Tanah record, able to get the HSM number and PT number, now hiring EasyLaw to get certified copy of thw grant.
I would like to buy it since i was a kid, problem is my parent told me they already done what I did, and the owner of the house was presumed dead, the bank claim they have loss the record( this was 20 years ago). So what should I do next?
