Hi, I have bought a house in Johor a year back from Chinese homeowners and the agents have also told me it's international lot and no one mentioned anything about it being a bumi lot. However, recently I read back the title deed and noted that it is a "lot untuk bumiputra".

Does anyone know if this will affect me in anyway as I have already bought the house a year and there was no disclosure from either the agent nor the lawyer involved?

The title deed has already been transferred to my name and there was no delay nor additional penalties during the transfer from my side. Will there be any future potential problems? Thanks!
