Hi, I have house loan balance for Rm200k with MRTA, however during 1`2year time i do some cash advance payment about Rm190k, (Mean outstanding balance now is Rm10k loan). My question : If anything happen to me (Touch wood), is MRTA cover base on Rm200k or Rm10k?
