Hi. I have just received notice of vacant possession from my developer. My developer insist that the balance (approx 20+%) be paid before the meeting for handover of keys, but the payment schedule states that "on the date the buyer takes vacant possession of the property." From my understanding of the statement in the payment schedule, I should get the keys first before settling the final payments. So I seek clarification. Thank you.
