Hi, I have paid stamp duty to transfer strata from developer to my name. Just before it got registered in land office (after stamp duty was paid), I have asked my lawyer to stop it (from being registered at land office).
As the strata title has been transferred directly to new buyer (with developer's consent), can I ask for refund from LDHN? Is there any written law for this to get the stamp duty to be refunded?
