Hi, I have recently came across a leasehold property, the developer has promised that upon VP i will be getting a 99 year tenure period, however in the SPA stated the dateline is until 2090 whereby left over of only around 60 years. How do i know if there will be any assurance for the developer to update the lease period of the land before VP ?
