I hope someone can help me. I been affected everyday.

I am staying at Parque and my unit and upper unit is different layout. Mean that upper unit toilet is located at my room. When upper unit flushing toilet bowl, the sound is super annoying, make it awake every time. Can I complain developer for this issue? I just took key 5month ago, unit bought from developer
