Hi, I live in a strata condo in Ampang. Before an AGM, two questions, 1) it is the rights for all strata owners to receive the AGM agenda and financials statements whether the monthly maintenance/sinking funds are settled up to date? If its not up-todate payments, the rights of vote is refused. 2) Property/building insurance, the premium coverage is included in the maintenance fees, correct? I'd been invoiced in 2020 and 2021. Appreciate the advise on both questions. Thank you.
