Hi i m a tenant of a shop.. My tenancy agreement has already lapse 3 years and now i m closing my shop.... I rented the shop with fixtures such as drink bar and small stage.. Can the land lord use the tenancy agreement to of set my deposit as he said he needs the money to demolished the water bar and stage
