hi,

I made a purchase a unit of apartment in 2009. Due to some legal/documentation, till now i still not able to get this apartment. And last week, my lawyer told me that the owner does not wish to sell this apartment anymore. The owner does not stay there, he rent it out and continue get rental. Can i charge owner for 2yrs monthly rental as compensation for my losses? Thanks.
