I notice that your site seems to continue maintaining ads that are no longer valid. Example, There number of Condo for rent in You Vista and You Residence but when you contact the agent they say "it already rented out".
Can you please explain why you have not taken action on such people for not removing these ads and stop misleading the public and potential customers? How are you going to ensure that your ads are valid and current?
We are gathering stats on sites which publish "dead" ads and to advise our user to avoid these sites so that they do not relay and waste valuable time.
