Hi, I owned a house in Kuantan, joined name with my wife when we were Malaysian more than 10 years ago.
Me and my wife has renounced Malaysian citizenship and now Singaporean.
Can I know what documents I need to submit when selling the house? Both our Malaysian IC were surrendered, how to prove our identity?
