hi I paid 1% booking fees for a property and after 2 weeks seller call off the deal. return me back the 1% booking but refuse to pay another 1%as call off the deal, and just mention he have no money. Can we take legal action against him? And we do find out he have find another agent to help him sell the house at higher price at the same time he call off the deal. Can we take legal actions against him to pay use back the additional 1% for the call off deal ?
