Hi. I purchased a condominium unit in Gelugor Penang close to RM798K in 2011. Was suppose to engage a lawyer and execute strata title transfer last year Dec 2018. The fee was close to RM20K. I didn't proceed just yet as saw no urgency and such a large amount to pay.
1 Is this the usual amount amount a buyer/owner has to pay for strata title transfer?
2. How is the strata title fee calculated?
3. Has strata title fee been abolished?
