Hi,
I received a letter for 'Delivery of Vacant Possession' in March 2021. But there are still pending completion of the document from banker and land office and due to MCO, the things has been drag until 21st Dec 2021. I get memo from lawyer mentioning the title transfer has complete - then only the banker will release the payment to the developer on my behalf. My question is :
a) When is actually the starting date for the defect claim period?
b) Recently that area was affected by flood included the property which I bought. Since I have not claim the property due to pending arrangement between lawyer-banker-land office, who is responsible for the damage since the property are yet to be claim by buyer?
