Hi, I recently booked a property and paid a booking fee. I applied for a bank loan but was told they couldn't proceed with my application yet due to the wrong booking form that I signed. The form I was given is the booking form from the landowner instead of the developer. I waited since May but realised that my application has gone nowhere. So I decided to cancel my booking and get a refund. My question is, will I get my booking fee back?
