Hi, I’m staying the condo for last 3 months, i went for the holiday and when i came back my bathroom pipe had bursted and water damaged my entire flooring. Management people inspected and reported water leak due to pipe bursted within the unit is not covered by building insurance. My landlord is asking me to fix the flooring. who is responsible for this? Appreciate if someone help on this.
