Hi, I understand that for foreigner to buy a landed house in Melaka, the house value must be at least RM1 million. Correct me if I am wrong. Is there any way that foreigner to buy landed house that is below RM1 million ? Any special scheme or exemption ? Would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
