Hi.. i wish to ask for opinions, is it worth to buy a 14 yrs old properties at the price of RM145k for own use or investment in salak selatan where the facilities are very convenient, bus stop just in front of apartment, lrt is 15-20 mins walking distance and the unit per house is around RM700 per unit.. need advices urgently.. thanks everyone
