Hi, i wish to know about more on converting from master title to strata title for bumi reserve land.
lawyer told me the unit i wanna bought is a bumi reserve land. i might facing issue when it allow owner to convert from master title to strate title. Is that true? anyway to handle it?
fyi, that condo stay by lots of chinese (i assume they own it), n developer are selling to non bumi...the unit i wanna bought also from non bumi....
