Hi. I would like to ask a question related to transfer of property. This is not my problem but it is faced by my colleague. He purchased a house from a developer and the house is leasehold. He purchased the house in cash so he possesses the original title. But, to note that, the title is only mentioning the name of the developer, not his name. He wants to change the name in the land office but since it is a leasehold, the land office needs the developer first to apply blanked consent. But the thing now is, the developer already wound up and the insolvency department said that they cannot apply on behalf of the developer since they have no copy of the documents needed to apply the blanked consent. So, what can he do in facing this problem
