Hi, I would like to ask, I have a house rented to a tenant. He gave me an advance 2 months notice in May and he will stay until end of July.
He still have to pay the rental up until July right? After he move out and I inspect my house only I give back the security deposit right?
He doeesnt want to pay the 2 months as he say he has do some renovation to the house.
