Hi, I would like to ask if the current house is under me & my husband, we have already settle our loan, now I would like to transfer my name to my in-law, my husband will remain as one of the owners. May I know what are the implication & procedures? Also on the “sales” (after transfer) of the house based on valuation, What/how much should I get in return? Thank you.
