Hi , i would like to ask on Strata Title. On 2010 developer send letter on MOT and we have done all the payment to the lawyer to process. But now when i want to refinance my house they said that the title not yet out as they just submit the document end december 2014. I want to know how to expedited the process and i do not understand why its take so long to register with the land office.
