Hi I would like to find out the value (to sell) of a double storey house 20 x 70 in Putra Heights; basic unit, no renovation, 4r + 3 bathrooms. Tq.

To check the Bank Value of ur property, Banker valuers need more info such as full address, any extension, even bare unit still need to know any defect inside ur property, if u want to know exact bank value of ur property, do call me at my number 0193171998 KOH, i am ex mortgage banker and also real estate agent now.
