Normally as a licensed and professional agent we are duty bound to provide accurate information to the prospective buyer even at negotiating stage. We will usually have a copy of our client's title deed in hand though we may not necessary show it to the prospect until confirmation of price etc. Having said that, the prospect buyer may need an assurance on the size and ownership especially when they are dealing directly with the so called Owner without a professional agent involved. The professional agency bears the professional liability if the facts where the price is reflected upon are not accurate. Read More
