Hi, Id like to ask for some advices and at the same time id like to lodge a complaint about one particular agent.
1) Do I need to pay certain amount of money when I plan to move in a week earlier? 1/4 of the total rent? is this normal practice?
2) The agent has given me the keys to the house and refused to come in to the house with me to do inspection. Who shall i report this agent to?
3) He wants to amend the signed and sealed tenancy agreement? is this legal?
