Hi, I'd like to complain the construction casting work for Lorong Maarof, Bangsar (under Bangsar Hill Park Development) carried out the construction work exceeded until midnight & sometimes until dawn, thr noisy sound really alannoying the nearest residents as this is sleeping hour. I've try to complaint to the developer, but the reason they give to me is really disappointed - they said because of raining, the casting might exceed the beyond hour. And surprising DBKL also approved on that! Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks.
