Hi Im Johan. I bought a condo in selangor 3 years ago & i decided to sell it. As expected, most responses are from non bumi. The problem is, the condo status changed to bumi lot automatically the moment i purchase it (because im a bumi) and i never knew this. FYI, the strata title already been issued during the previous owner time. My questions: 1) is it possible for me to sell this condo to non-bumi? 2) If yes, how long will it take? 3) is there any fee to get the consent from land office? Thanks.
