Hi, i'm posting again as my previous question seem not stated correctly and i not able to make change...

My question is, if the condo under "Kawasan Rizab: Tanah Simpanan Melayu" allow sell to non bumi?

I found there is a condo under "Kawasan Rizab: Tanah Simpanan Melayu" selling to non bumi. To my curious, when the title from master title is ready to transfer it under strata title, is non bumi allowed to transfer?
