Hi, I'm Real Estate Negotiator authorised by owner to rent his Flat Unit, one day a Female decided to rent and paid booking fee(through phone call) to owner's bank account. But end up regret to rent after a few days. My question is : Do owner need to return Her booking fee? I have had her voice phone call recorded btw
