hi, i'm thinking to purchase serviced apartment in klang valley area. can someone inform what will be "serviced apartment" definitions in Malaysia? will it be like overseas that there will be management team that manage the apartment (clean, tenant and etc) and whenever the owner want to use the apartment, they can use it but at the same time can also rent it out?.
