Hi. I'm trying to use Home Loan Pre-Approval. It's mentioned that my uploaded MyKad doesn't seem to match my name and/or number for 'Your Info' step, which I think is preposterous as I have keyed in my Name, NRIC No. correct according my MyKad, which I used my printer to scan and everything is clear. Please get back to me, thank you very much.
