Hi, in the name of investment an agent took 2% deposit(rm5260) and additional rm6000(investment) for booking a house than after applying for loan unfortunately my loan was rejected. The agent forfeited all the amount paid after 14 days. I lost all my money, is this legal? How can I get back my money. Thank you.
